Seek and Save
“For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.” (Luke 19:10, KJV)
Reflection
Jesus defines His mission clearly: to seek and to save. Leadership in the Kingdom must never drift from that center. Growth, structure, strategy, and expansion matter—but they are tools, not the mission. Christ pursued people intentionally, not casually. He noticed the overlooked, moved toward the outsider, and restored the wandering. When leaders forget this, ministry becomes machinery and business becomes self-preservation. This verse recalibrates focus. The goal is not simply to build something impressive; it is to participate in redemption. Seek what is drifting. Protect what is vulnerable. Reflect the heart of Christ.
Implementation Tip
Identify one person, team member, client, or partner who may be discouraged, distant, or quietly struggling. Instead of waiting for them to initiate, reach out first. A direct message, a phone call, or a simple conversation can restore connection. Do not
